Portable Bag Closers Model "F" Fischbein This durable compact machine weighs only 5kg and features a special noncorrosive finish, reinforced feed mechanism, pressure foot lifter and our patented lubrication system with oil pump reservoir. The portable sewing machines unique design enables them to work long hard hours anywhere. Application: Any type of heavy duty, high speed bag closing. Rotary Knife (Model 200) Fischbein Empress Series 200 fitted with Rotary Knife. Application: The Rotary Knife is fitted to the Fischbein Heavy duty sewing head. Low Vibration Sewing Head (Model 101) Application:"Low vibration" sewing head, used for tape and/or plain sewing of open-mouth bags, including paper, polyethylene (min. 120 microns), coated woven polypropylene and complex bags. Sewing head requires to be mounted on an appropriate column or frame. High Speed Sewing Head (Model 201) Application: High speed sewing head, used for tape and/or plain sewing of open-mouth bags, made out of paper, polyethylene (min. 120 microns), coated woven polypropylene, and complex bags. Sewing head requires to be mounted on an appropriate frame and the mandatory use of a fan specially designed to cool the unit during operation (not delivered with the unit). Industrial Sewing Systems Fischbein MP 100 - 3.3m Heavy Duty Sewing System By far the most popular combination for high speed, heavy duty bag stitching is the new generation Fischbein MP 100 consisting of the proven Fischbein heavy duty stitching head fitted to an adjustable pedestal over a 3.3 metre long flat bed conveyor with 400mm wide belt and bag guide. The unit is supplied complete with 380 volt 3-phase motor, contactors, two stage foot control and is ready to use on delivery. Finish of the pedestal and conveyor is a high quality powder coating, cream in colour. The sewing head is synchronised to suit the speed of the conveyor to give even or "straight" stitching resulting in good product appearance. Application: For all types of bag closing operations. Model MTS FISCHBEIN (Power infeed device with straight sewing) Application: This sewing system, fixed to the floor is used to close paper, polypropylene, or polyethylene (thickness +/-120 µ) bags. The already reshaped bag is introduced into the infeed which guides the bag to the sewing head. The sewing process starts when the photo sensor detects the bag. At the end the pneumatic chain pusher pushes the chain into the knives to cut it. To have a smooth operation of the system, a conveyor is required. The conveyor can be controlled with a foot switch. Model MFS FISCHBEIN (Power driven infeed with Auto folding device) Application: This sewing system, fixed to the floor is used to close paper, polypropylene, or polyethylene (thickness +/-120 µ) bags. The already reshaped bag is introduced into the infeed which folds the bags top and simultaneously guides the bag to the sewing head. The sewing process starts when the photo sensor detects the bag. At the end the pneumatic chain pusher pushes the chain into the knives to cut it. To have a smooth operation of the system, a conveyor is required. The conveyor can be controlled with a foot switch. Model MFR FISCHBEIN (Power driven infeed with Auto folding device and Rotary knife system) Plain sewing with fold over device. Low vibration - value – reliability Application: To close "open mouth" bags made of paper, polypropylene or polyethylene (thickness minimum 120u). Maximum 3 plies for flat bags - maximum 2 plies for gusseted bags. Operation mode: The already reshaped bag is introduced into the infeed which folds the bags top and simultaneously guides the bag to the sewing head. The sewing process starts when the photo sensor detects the bag. At the end of the process, the rotary knife automatically cuts the thread chain. Role of the infeed motorised system designed to automatically bring the leading edge of the bag into the sewing head without any operator. The infeed guides the bags top to the sewing head, allowing the bag to be sewn automatically. All Fischbein infeeds are driven by a motor and belt driven gear box. The motor is equipped with an adjustable pulley allowing easy synchronisation with the sewing head and the conveyor belt speeds. They use 19mm wide flat belts for a good grip of the reformed bags top instead of dangerous heavy metallic chains. The front section of the infeed is hinged and spring loaded allowing an easy passage of various thicknesses of bags. Model MUA FISCHBEIN (Power driven infeed device which applies crepe paper to top of bag) Sewing with crepe paper band. Application: To close "open mouth" bags made of paper, laminated polypropylene or polyethylene. Operation mode: The already reshaped bag is introduced into the infeed, the bags top is trimmed. The sewing process starts when the photo sensor detects the bag. At the end of the process, the chain/tape is cut by the pneumatic clipper knife of the sewing head. This unit applies crepe paper to the top of the bag to prevent sifting of the product and for presentation purposes. Advantage: MUA system is ready for tape or chain sewing. Model MOS-TOS (Automatic industrial sewing system combined with tape over sewing) Combined Closure MOS + TOS Application: Paper bags. Operation mode: The already reshaped bag is introduced into the infeed, the bags top is trimmed. The sewing process starts when the photo sensor detects the bag. At the end, the chain is blown horizontally by an air chain blower and is cut close to the bags edge by the pneumatic clipper knife of the sewing head. Then the TOS applies the pre-coated paper tape over the top and both sides of the sew line of the bag.
